A few days spent in a cottage in the town of Jamieson, on the Goulburn River near Lake Eildon, included nightly walks with the dog under a waning ‘super-moon’. One night was particularly magical with the clouds scudding overhead veiling and revealing the bright moon at regularly spaced intervals. The painting celebrates that un-recordable experience.
