    I tried to log on, but instead of going into my back office the artHIVES home page appears.
   

You must have Cookies enabled for artHIVES to work correctly. The following instructions will rectify this problem by adjusting settings within Internet Explorer.

Please be aware that different versions of Internet Explorer and other browsers require a different path of action, however the primary goal is to 1. adjust your Security / Privacy level and 2. to enable your computer to accept "Cookies"

Step 1

> Open Internet Explorer

> From the Menu select "Edit"

> Preferences

> From the Index Box select "Web Browser" and "Security Zones"

> From the Drop-down box change the "ZONE" to "Internet Zone"

> Set the security for this zone to "Medium"

N.B. other Browser versions may refer to "Privacy Levels" instead of "Security Zones"

Step 2

> Open Internet Explorer

> From the Menu select "Edit"

> Preferences

> From the Index Box select "Receiving Files" and "Cookies"

> Change the "When Receiving Cookies" drop-down menu from "Never accept" to one of the other options.
