To add a caption for an image:

1. Click the GALLERIES link in the YOUR WEBSITE section of your back office.

2. On the GALLERIES page click the GALLERY containing the image you would like to edit.

3. On the EDIT THIS GALLERY page Click the EDIT button beside the image you are editing.

4. On the EDIT THIS IMAGE page, fill in the fields with relevant information.

5. Click the UPDATE IMAGE DETAILS button at the bottom of the page.

Tip 1: Fields left blank will not be seen by the public.

Tip 2: The subheading for OTHER INFORMATION field will not be seen by the public. You can use this field exclusively instead of entering information in any of the other fields.

Tip 3: You Name will appear in the ARTIST field, this can be removed or changed if necessary.

Tip 4: Your default email address will will appear in the ENQUIRY EMAIL FOR THIS IMAGE field, this can be changed for each image.

Tip 5: You can store personal information about each image in the HIDDEN NOTES field as this can not be accessed by the public.
