Moving House is a book about a Queenslander home that is saved in the village of Stratford, a suburb of Cairns.
Sasi explores her immediate landscape and characters. They form the backdrop and setting for her children’s books to preserve and record the intangible heritage of this area.
The book reflects a Sense of place, belonging and embracing life in Far North Queensland; against the fascinating tropical backdrop of familiar, yet unique spaces, Sasi now calls her home.
