Two exhibitions

You are invited to two interesting mixed exhibitions coming up this month for which I have contributed new art works: A painting in oil for the Box Hill show and two works on paper that will continue to develop in the Parkville show. Very happily, my wife, Patsy, is exhibiting photographic work in both shows too. Hope you can make it along to and enjoy one or both exhibitions. Tues-Fri 11:30-3:00, Sat 1:00-4:00, Sun 4:30-7:00 2D & 3D Art Competition (non-aquisitive) First Prize: $1,000, Plus one week’s gallery hire at Chapel on Station Gallery Exhibition dates 13-25 September 2013 The announcement of the prize will be at the Celebration concert from 7:30pm, Friday 13th Sept, ($10/8) http://chapelonstationgallery.org.au/ And, the VicTas UCA Artist Network exhibition – “Conceal Reveal” at the Centre for Theology and Ministry, 29 College Crescent, Parkville. Ph 9340 8800. Opening Friday 27th September 2013 from 5.00pm “Conceal Reveal” will be opened by Rev Dr Anne Mallaby, Lecturer in Pastoral Studies at Whitley College, and friend of the Artist Network. Music and light refreshments will follow. The art exhibition continues until Thursday 31st October 2013, 9am-4.30pm, Mon-Fri. Donations are welcome to offset the cost of engaging our fine musicians, the Donna Lee Trio.
